Semolina Pasta Shoppe, established in September 2021, started as a way for Semolina to offer their fresh pasta in wholesale form to various grocers and markets in the area. Expanding into a retail shoppe that will open its doors in Summer of 2022, owner and chef Chuck Lesbirel wanted to find a way to bring more of the Semolina ingredients to his clientele. The Pasta Shoppe offers its fresh pastas, sauces, local ingredients, and pasta focused nic-nacs.
"I have a love for fresh pastas and everything involved with it. I wanted to find a way to connect our customers and the public to those ingredients we use in the restaurant day in and day out. You will see everything from pastas to sauces, to olive oil, to bread, to some pasta making tools. We have created a great brand with the restaurant and we just want to continue connecting people to great pasta and incredible local ingredients." - Chef/Owner Chuck Lesbirel
